COVIDtest is owned by CATO Location Services, a recognised driving force behind the entertainment industry in Australia.

In June 2020, CATO began providing COVID Safety & Cleaning services to help the screen industry protect our productions against COVID-19 outbreaks in compliance with the Australian Government Department of Health guidelines.

CATO’s COVID-Safe services have been used on everything from international block busters to small shoots around Australia. Services include risk assessment and implementation of mitigation strategies by a Government-trained COVID-19 Prevention and Control Officer as well as COVID-Safe Cleaning in line with COVID-Safe Guidelines produced by the Australian Screen Production Industry.

We weathered the storm facing essential workers through multiple lockdowns and Local Government Areas-of-Concern restrictions, the Delta and Omicron variants, and continue to provide smart, seamless, cost-effective, safe and reliable service for our clients.

Part of the ongoing management of COVID-19 in the workplace now includes the use of Rapid Antigen Tests. We created COVIDtest to help quickly and easily supply our clients with Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) approved COVID-19 Rapid Antigen Tests to keep the cameras rolling.
