Rapid Antigen Test Pre Order process

COVIDtest will make Rapid Antigen Tests available for pre-order only for products and devices that are confirmed due from our supplier. That means we have both quantity and an expected delivery date into our warehouse. Once a shipment is sold out we will close preorders until the next confirmed shipment.

We hope that this will allow our customers to order with confidence knowing an expected delivery date.

As you are aware, this Omicron wave of COVID-19 is hitting staff and demand throughout the supply chain. Therefore there are delays in shipping and processing orders upstream. We hope our policy of only selling when we have a confirmed delivery quantity and date means we will ease your disruption.

  1. Hi, Thanks for making that clear. Any idea when you’ll be getting more RATs in?

  2. If the Tests link in the top menu allows you to order, the product/device page will tell you when we’re expecting another delivery. We’ll soon add a very clear PRE ORDER product that will only be available when we have unsold pre-order stock.

Alternatively email info@COVIDtestOz.com.au to connect with one of our wonderful customer service team. Remember to include your phone number.
