If you order by 2pm Monday to Friday we’ll dispatch your order on the same day except that Same Day Courier order cut-off is 12noon Monday to Friday. If you order on a NSW Public Holiday we will dispatch next Business Day.
COVIDtest offers a number of shipping options:
Free Local pickup is available in Sydney. We do not store tests at our collection point, you must have your order confirmed prior pickup. Please email info@covidtestoz.com.au to get a pickup window before collecting.
Same Day Courier within 20km Sydney CBD is offered based on your delivery address. Orders must be placed before 12noon for us to organise same day delivery. We track and insure this delivery option so it is our recommended method for all orders in Sydney.
Courier NSW & ACT is offered for customers based on their delivery postcode.
Courier Vic is offered for customers based in Queensland. Dispatch is from Sydney, email us at info@covidtestoz.com.au for delivery time estimates. Customers in remote and rural areas in those territories may be serviced by local subcontractors and you will know if you normally receive deliveries at a depot or non-standard address.
Courier Qld is offered for customers based in Victoria. Dispatch is from Sydney, email us at info@covidtestoz.com.au for delivery time estimates. Free standard parcel Australia Post on orders of more than 100 tests. That is 4x 25-test kits or 5x 20-test kits. Our shopping cart will offer Free Standard Post once you order 100 tests. This option is not tracked and we do not recommend it.
AusPost Standard Parcel is offered when you order less than 100 tests. Delivery times are per Australia Post Domestic Parcel Delivery Times. Australia Post advises they are still delivering but COVID-19 disruptions may cause delays. This shiiping option is untracked we do not recommend it.
AusPost Express Parcel is offered when your order weighs up to 5 kg. This shipping option is tracked and you will receive a tracking number. Delivery times are per Australia Post Domestic Parcel Delivery Times. Australia Post advises
